Established by Julie Smith, a solicitor with over 30 years experience ranging from employment law, defendant insurance litigation and family law.
Having recognised an under-utilization of occupational health reports in legal disputes and court proceedings, Julie partners with experienced occupational physicians and therapists to assist the legal profession and HR professionals.
We provide robust, evidence based, occupational health guidance and reports in both pre-litigation and litigated cases.
Early advice and intervention in pre-litigated cases can be key to swift and appropriate resolution of a matter.
Where a case is litigated, we provide CPR and FPR compliant reports. We understand the challenges of the court system and will work with you to meet urgent timeframes wherever possible.
We also provide shadow expert advice and assistance, compiling appropriate questions for experts or simply providing “behind the scenes” guidance.
